Data Deletion

Your data, deleted on request.

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you, at any time, without giving a reason. This page explains how to ask, what gets removed, and the one small record we keep — and why keeping it protects you.

Last updated 17 August 2026

Reply STOP

Full deletion

Records, recordings, transcripts and chat history.

30-day response

Confirmed in writing, with exactly what was removed.

Opt-out kept

So "never again" actually means never again.

Just want the messages to stop?

You do not need to email anyone. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, or simply tell the caller on any phone call that you want to be removed. That takes effect immediately and permanently, across every channel. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not contact you to ask for one.

1. How to request deletion

Email plexusdigitals1706@gmail.com with the subject line Data deletion request, and include:

  • the phone number and email address you used, so we can find your records;
  • the business or property you were in contact about, if you remember it — we act on behalf of many businesses, and this helps us find everything;
  • whether you want everything deleted, or only a specific item such as a call recording.

There is no form to fill in, no account to create, and no reason required. We may ask one verification question before deleting, because acting on an unverified request would let anyone erase someone else's records.

2. What gets deleted

Everything we hold that identifies you:

  • your name, phone number and email address;
  • the enquiry record and its history — status, notes, assignments and reminders;
  • recordings of calls with you, and the transcripts of those calls;
  • WhatsApp conversation history, including messages we sent and your replies;
  • anything you told us that was stored as part of your enquiry, such as budget, timeline or requirements;
  • the outreach record — when we contacted you, on which channel, and what happened.

Call recordings are deleted routinely after 90 days even without a request. Other enquiry data is deleted after 24 months of inactivity.

3. What we keep, and why

We keep the record that you asked not to be contacted. Nothing else — just your phone number, the fact that you opted out, and when.

This is deliberate, and it protects you. The businesses we work with advertise continuously, and their systems re-import enquiries regularly. If we deleted the opt-out record along with everything else, the next import would recreate you as a fresh enquiry and we would contact you again — exactly what you asked us not to do. The opt-out record is what makes “never again” actually mean never again.

If you would prefer this record removed too, say so in your email and we will remove it. We will explain first that doing so means a future enquiry from the same number could reach us again as a new contact.

We may also retain records where the law requires it — for example consent or billing records we are obliged to keep, or data relevant to a legal claim. Where that applies we tell you which record and on what basis, and it is kept in isolation and used for nothing else.

4. How long it takes

We confirm in writing within 30 days and tell you exactly what was removed. Suppression from further contact happens immediately on receipt, not at the end of that window — so you will not hear from us while the request is being processed.

5. Data held by other companies

Some of your data may also sit with platforms outside our control — for example Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) if you submitted an ad enquiry or messaged a business there, or the business's own CRM. Deleting your data with us does not delete it there.

  • For Meta, use the privacy settings in your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account.
  • For the business you enquired with, contact them directly. If you tell us who they are, we will pass your request on and confirm that we have.

6. If you are a client organisation

To delete an entire organisation's workspace and its data, email us from an administrator address on that account. We confirm the scope in writing before anything is removed, and can provide a full export first. Deletion is irreversible once carried out.
